How do You Ship?
Note: Our checkout page will quote the following information for you. Simply type your shipping address in, scroll down to the shipping section, pick your method and look at the price in the box to the right. Using this tool, you can shop multiple methods and obtain a final price. We ship primarily via FedEx and US Mail. We offer free ground shipping to all 50 US States and US territories for orders over $99. We reserve the right to decide which carrier will ship orders qualifying for free shipping. Here are the shipping costs for the contiguous United States:

Shipping costs for times which reflect receiving a package at a certain time (AM or PM) are quoted based on ZIP code.
Please Note: Express carriers typically define end of the day as 5 PM for business addresses and 7 PM for residential addresses. However, it has been observed that residential deliveries can take place as late as 9 PM during busy seasons, high volume periods, and weather events. These times are defined and controlled by the carrier, not BHMS. If your order includes a machine, the extra weight will add $10.00 to your shipping charges. FedEx Next Day Air Early AM is offered to qualifying zip codes and will be quoted accordingly. Shipping options that are available for Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska:

Dependent on location, Next Day Air service (delivery by end of business) may be available for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Add $10 for Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early AM and 2 Day Air when a machine is included in the order. If you choose Next Day shipping for an order placed and shipped on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday unless you specify Saturday delivery in the Comments section of your order. If you wish an order placed on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, the charge increases by $10.00. For example, if you order a mask on Friday for Saturday delivery, the cost will be $35.00. If your order includes a machine for Saturday delivery, the cost will be $45.00.

How quick can I get my order?
When you order from us, you can expect your order to ship by the next business day when the order is placed before 4 PM EST Monday through Friday, provided prescription requirements are met and the equipment is in stock. We publish stock status on each product page. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days for most locations within the United States. Your tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

How long does it take Ground Shipping?
Ground shipping times to the US vary depending on the distance from our locations, but the longest distances usually take only three business days. Please note, ground shipping time is not guaranteed. BHMS is not responsible for courier delays.
Will you ship to an APO address?
Yes. Shipping is $7 for any purchase under $99 and free for any orders totaling $99 or more. Will you ship to a Post Office Box?
Yes. Orders to PO Boxes are shipped via US Mail, include standard tracking services, and qualify for our standard same day shipping policies.

Shipping Method
You may need to contact us if you selected 'Other', or an unavailable shipping method for your location. Here are the standard shipping costs for the contiguous United States, however the actual cost may depend on the weight and destination:

· $12.00 - Third Business day by the end of the day

If your order includes a machine, the extra weight will add $10.00 to flat rate standard shipping charges. FedEx Next Day Air Early AM and Saturday Delivery is offered to qualifying zip codes and will be quoted accordingly.
International shipping costs will be quoted upon the placement of an order with a complete and valid address.

Brighter Health Medical Services Return Policy
BHMS will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.
To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. We offer detailed product pages; we offer mask fittings in all locations to avoid getting the wrong sizes.
BHMS will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting and then, if required, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. BHMS will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to BHMS is not covered in any warranty situation.
No credits, refunds, or replacements will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and examined them.
A special note about masks and machines:
Mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another. Check with us to be sure!
As this is medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines to include CPAP, APAP, BiPAP and Humidifiers, cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. CPAP and BIPAP warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.
Machines (CPAP, APAP and BiPAP) which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. A Diagnostic Fee (which varies and is determined by the manufacturer), which may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost (depending on the manufacturer) will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
